Who We Are

The Inner Politics of Peace is a community and school dedicated to the ushering in of a new era of humanity through conscious evolution. We believe that we’re at a point where it’s now possible for us to move out of our historical paradigm of conflicted dualism into an unprecedented period of harmonic dualism.

Harmonic Dualism

We choose the words “harmonic dualism” because we recognize that the diversity of manifestation, from a universe to a planet, a star, a human being, etc., occurs through the split of an eternal, undifferentiated consciousness into two fundamentally opposite egoic forces – an active, expansive force and a receptive, contracting force. We have many different names for these two egoic forces within the context of our existence some of which are male and female, light and dark, yang and yin, god and goddess, liberal and conservative.

We fully promote remembering that we are all particles of one Source. We recognize, however, that diversity exists because Source desires it. Therefore, we do not seek to eradicate ego, for the eradication of ego means to sacrifice everything we hold dear – our loved ones, our ideals, our creativity, our physical form, the beauty of nature, etc. To have a relationship with anything, even god or self, requires at least two and, therefore, requires ego.

We recognize, however, that the separation has been a source of conflict. In fact, we are in a state of crisis now because the two egoic forces that compose our dual nature have repeatedly wounded and negated each other and continue to do so. Not because they have failed in any way, however, for our history of fear and violence has been part of our natural evolutionary process – a process that has two phases. The first is a period of expansion/forgetting which is characterized by a predominance of fear, judgment and scarcity, and the second is a period of contraction/remembering which is characterized by increasing understanding. acceptance and abundance.

Conscious Resolution = Conscious Evolution

IPOP promotes this next phase of the evolution of the human being – a transition that is not a victory of one half of Source over the other but of both halves winning together. We believe that this victory can only occur through the conscious resolution of humanity’s history of conflict. The tool we use to bring about conscious resolution is called Voice Activated Integration or VAI. It’s a simple technique based on the understanding that it is within our power to create peace from the inside out. We are committed to the idea that any and all conflict we see in the outside world is a mirroring of our inner state of being and can, therefore, be resolved by looking inward, not to dismiss what we see, but to actually explore, understand and resolve the egoic forces in conflict. If we want to change the projection, we have to look inside the projector!

Voice Activated Integration

Through the use of Voice Activated Integration (VAI,) a simple, verbal technique developed by IPOP co-founder John Hoyle, we have experientially discovered a new map of human consciousness as well as a Unified Theory of the Human Being. It is our vision to offer this understanding to the world and in doing so provide logical explanations to many of the mysteries of existence and fundamental problems that we, as a collective race, have been faced with for thousands of years. We will explain why our history of conflict has unfolded in the way that it has, why civilization has developed at the expense of the earth and the indigenous peoples who lived more in harmony with her. We will shed light on the persistent struggle between the sexes and provide a greater understanding of the nature of the male and female as the two fundamental forces that create all of existence. We will reveal why humanity carries such a pervasive sense of victimization and why there has been such a long history of persecution to those who bring forth new levels of consciousness. We will reveal the origins of the dysfunctional family and the wounded child. We will also provide a logical and reasonable case that evil does not exist, that the earth is not a place of punishment to be escaped from or a place of illusion to be awakened from, and that while, historically, human ego has been a source of fear and violence, it is destined to become a source of joy and harmony.
